What location should I select?
We recommend that you select the location closest to your broker/prop servers. If you are unsure, you can check our Broker Latency Page or directly ask your broker.

When will I receive my VPS?
Immediately. Our VPS are prepared and delivered automatically, however, it may take a while for the installation of Windows, so please be patient for about 10 minutes if you can't access it. The VPS data is sent via email, if you don't see our email, also check the "spam" or "promo" section of your email.

How can I reinstall or reset my VPS to make it like new?
Warning: Make sure to back up all your data elsewhere first, as this process will erase all data on the VPS.
To reset your VPS to its original state, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Dipgate client area and log in.
2. Navigate to "Services" and click on the desired VPS.
3. You will see a menu on the left; click on the "VNC Console and Backups" panel.
4. A new page will open. Select the VPS you want to modify by clicking the gear icon.
5. In the central menu, go to "Install" and then click on "Reinstall OS" in the submenu.
6. Choose the desired operating system from the available list.
7. Enter your VPS password and click "Reinstall".
After a few minutes, you will be able to access your VPS, which will be like new.
How can I resolve the error "An internal error has occurred" when I cannot log into the VPS?
My VPS is running slowly, what can I do?
There are 4 reasons why your VPS might be running slowly:
- The VPS has been under heavy stress.
- The VPS has full memory and you need to delete some files.
- The VPS is overloaded in terms of CPU, RAM, or Disk.
- The slowdown is not due to the VPS but is caused by your slow connection or an outdated version of RDP.
To resolve the issue, first, restart your VPS. After restarting, it should be more responsive.
- Check if your VPS memory is full; if so, try deleting excess files and historical data downloaded from MetaTrader.

- If you suspect that your connection might be the issue, restart your internet router and your computer. If you are using a VPN, disable it.

I am unable to access MQL5 through my MetaTrader 5. How can I do it?
You can log in by going to "Tools," then "Options," and selecting "Community." If you already have an account, please log in.
If the button still does not work, try to restart the MetaTrader or restart the entire VPS.
I entered the password but received "The logon attempt failed". What can I do?
I receive the error "Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons" when I try to connect. What should I do?
- First, make sure you have entered the correct IP address of your VPS, then try again.
- Your VPS might simply be turned off. This could happen if you performed an upgrade, an update, or accidentally shut it down instead of your PC. In any of these cases, go to the Dipgate client area, log in, go to "Services", and click on the VPS with which you're experiencing the error. On the left, you'll see a menu with many options; click on "Start VPS." If it doesn't work, try clicking "Stop VPS" first, and then "Start VPS" again.
- As a last resort, contact our customer support, and we will investigate the issue for you.
Note: In exceptional cases, if you also notice frequent disconnections on the VPS, this could be a malfunction of "Remote Desktop Connect". In this case, try performing all updates on your computer, then try again.

I lost the password for the customer area, what should I do?
Go to the password recovery page: https://dipgate.com/index.php?rp=/password/reset
After entering your email and clicking "Submit," wait a few minutes. You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to recover your password. If you don't see the email, also check your Spam folder.
I lost the password to access my VPS. What should I do?
To change the password for your VPS when you don't have access to it, follow these steps: Go to the Dipgate client area, log in, navigate to "Services," and click on the desired VPS. You will see a menu on the left; click on "Change Password." Set the new password and save it.
Advanced Procedure:
If the previous method didn't work, there's a slightly longer procedure that will ensure success. After logging into the "client area", go to "Services" and click on the desired VPS. Instead of changing the password there, click on the "VNC Console and Backups" panel in the left menu. A new page will open where you need to select the VPS you want to modify by clicking the gear icon. In the central menu, go to "Settings", then click on "Change Password" in the submenu. Enter "Administrator" as the "VPS Admin Name" if it isn't already filled in automatically. Enter the new password and click "Change Password."
The password will be changed. However, if you still can't access it, you need to refresh the VPS. Click the "Stop VPS" button, wait 30 seconds, and then click the "Start VPS" button.
How can you optimize MT4/MT5 platforms to use less CPU and RAM?
How can I improve the latency of my trading platform?
If you have high latency, you might have chosen the wrong location for your VPS. Consider choosing a VPS location closer to your broker's server.
