Is your RAM full?
Is your disk memory full?
Is the CPU overloaded?
Are you sure the VPS is blocked? Sometimes it happens that only the trading platforms are blocked, due to a faulty EA/Robot that blocks them. To check this, try opening other programs (folders, Google Chrome, task manager). If they work faster and the task manager does not indicate other problems, probably your EA/Robot needs to be repaired.
